Do you provide a written
contract?
Yes, we have a written contract that covers all the
basics of our performance, equipment, price, time
and date.
Are you insured?
We are insured.
Do you take requests?
We love to take requests. That's what makes
the party fun -- playing the music you want to hear.
What kind of music do you have?
We have a huge selection of contemporary and
oldies of all genres, plus we subscribe to a service
where we can stream songs if they are not in our
library. We also provide a
quick database
check. If we don't have the song, let us know
and we'll get it.

Do you use professional
equipment?
All of
our equipment has been purchased through
professional services -- such as American DJ, Planet
DJ and Guitar Center.
Do you have back-up equipment?
Our equipment has never failed (barring acts of God
and children under five). However, we do have
two portable Passport 150 Pro Sound systems.
One Passport 150 provides 150-watts of sound -- more
than enough to fill a room of 125 people.
How much time do you allow for
set-up?
Yes, we calculate at least 2 hours prior to the
event to set up for lights and sound (one hour for
sound only) and an hour after to breakdown.
This is included in our quotes, at no additional
cost to you.
Do you take breaks?
We will play a four-hour gig non-stop. There
are two of us, so one DJ will be available at the
rig at all times, should one need to take a break.
Additional hours are available upon request for
an additional fee.
Will you smoke or drink alcohol
during their performance?
Just water and soda for us, please.
And there will be no smoking during the performance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We can accept checks in person or take credit cards
through our
Payment Gateway.
Is lighting included?
We have
several packages
-- some include lighting
and others don't.
How much are your services?

All clients will have access to a
personal area will they will be able to securely log
in and use our interactive software service.
This function is available for free for all clients.
You will be provided a link and a password to login
and utilize these resources to make your planning
easier. |

If your event isn't listed, let us know and we'll
create a special form for your event. |

Event Timeline
-- Schedule the times of each function happening at
your event from when the receiving line begins to the
best man's toast to when the reception ends. |

Music Database
Search
-- Search our database of
songs by artist, title or date. If we don't have
it, we can get it. |

Guest Request
-- This feature allows guest at your event to
log on and submit requests and song suggestions.
Unlike the Music Database tool, which is geared
toward one user (the party host), the Guest Request
tool will take requests from an unlimited number of
users, allowing them to each make the number of
requests you specify. The result is one master
request list with all of the requests merged
together and tallied. Each user can only
remove their own requests and is unable to tamper
with another guest's requests. |

Payment Gateway
